Who we are

This website is run by 8SYM LIMITED, trading as 8symmetric, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17508781. Registered office: Flat 1, 41 Tavistock Crescent, London, W11 1AD. For anything about your data, emailnathan@8symmetric.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your email address, the hours you entered and anything you write about your week. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about working together. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Our lawful basis

Replying to an enquiry you sent is in both our interests, so we rely on legitimate interests under UK GDPR.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Your message is delivered to our email inbox through an email delivery service, and the website doesn't store it. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot, without cookies or puzzles; how Cloudflare handles that check is in itsTurnstile Privacy Addendum. This site sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, it becomes part of our client records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.
